Delicious Arabic Food


To tell the truth, I like several varieties of food. My first food choice often is “Falafel”. Today, I am going to tell you about this food. It's so delicious. I like it because it is healthy and easy to make and cook especially here in the United States. Also, you can eat it at any time, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is made of beans, which is a famous vegetable in the United States, but, it is not good for people who have allergy to beans. In order to make it, first you have to put the beans in water and leave it for twenty four hours. Then, you should take out the beans and grind them with a special tool until it becomes like dough. After that, you would add the salt, black pepper, coriander and parsley together. Then, in the small kitchen piece, you put this dough into vegetable oil in a cocker. Now, “Falafel” is ready to be eaten with some tomatoes and onion to decorate the plate. This kind of food is popular in Syria and Jordan. Now, it has become famous in Saudi Arabia more and more. In addition, many big and small restaurants serve Falafel and people like it a lot.
